Axis Landscapes LLC offers professional landscaping services, including but not limited to lawn care, garden design, maintenance, and installation. Service details, pricing, and scheduling will be agreed upon prior to commencement.

This information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services, scheduling, communication, and customer support. Axis Landscapes LLC does not sell, share, or distribute client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
3. Payment Terms
All payments for services rendered are due as per the agreed-upon invoice terms. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel or reschedule a service with at least 42 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Liability & Warranties
Axis Landscapes LLC strives to provide high-quality landscaping services. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from unforeseen circumstances, natural events, or improper use of our services. Any warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of service completion.
6. Changes to Terms
Axis Landscapes LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
7. SMS communication Uses & Consent
SMS Communications Consent:
When filling out a form on our website, you have the option to consent to receive SMS communications from us. You may choose one or both of the following options:

-You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
